Session Spotlight: "Finding Your Creativity" & "The Power of Evaluation"

This week, we highlight TWO sessions from another great speaker, Mona Dunkin. “Finding Your Creativity" and "The Power of Evaluation" are sure to give you some new tools for your life and career.

Session: Finding Your Creativity
Creativity is defined as the 'ability to generate innovative ideas and manifest them from thought into reality'. The process involves original thinking and then producing. If you think about it, the process of creation was historically reserved for deities creating "from nothing". Over time, the term creativity came to include human innovation, especially in art and science.

Session leader Mona Dunkin says, "Each day is a gift from the Maker of days. You have been gifted with creativity to use for good or for naught." In this session, you will explore specific steps to enable you to be a problem solver and become self-advocating.

Session: The Power of Evaluation

Evaluation enables you to know who you are and what you stand for. In this session, you will learn:

  • Challenge yourself to excellence
  • Lessen dependency on approval of others
  • Freedom to be true to yourself
  • Promote healthy competition
  • Encourage non-judgmental judgment
  • Great De-stressor – you teach yourself what you need to learn
  • Marvelous motivator – make better choices with greater pay-off
