These are complicated times for ambitious women. On the one hand, there are record numbers of women at the top. On the other hand, the glass ceiling remains firmly in place.

Despite legislation and diversity programs and women’s initiatives, culture remains firmly in place. And in our patriarchal culture, power and prestige accrue to the men by default.

Dr. Daly has gathered cutting edge research on the unwritten rules of culture that disadvantage women in the workplace. She’ll provide you with the “operating manual” you need to chart a successful career.

This week, we highlight TWO sessions from another great speaker, Mona Dunkin. “Finding Your Creativity" and "The Power of Evaluation" are sure to give you some new tools for your life and career.

Session: Finding Your Creativity
Creativity is defined as the 'ability to generate innovative ideas and manifest them from thought into reality'. The process involves original thinking and then producing. If you think about it, the process of creation was historically reserved for deities creating "from nothing". Over time, the term creativity came to include human innovation, especially in art and science.

Evaluation enables you to know who you are and what you stand for. In this session, you will learn:

  • Challenge yourself to excellence
